This towel rail is designed for towel or light clothes, not for heavy clothes such as overcoat with water etc
Towel or other light clothes should not cover the heating panels
Avoid direct water contact with the surface of the panel
Do not use the device with wet or damp hands
Do not mount the towel rail to ceiling
Do not use the device in small rooms if persons are present who cannot leave the room independently and who are not under constant supervision
Remove all the protective films (both on the front and on the back) before using
