Una posici\u00f3n central ayuda a distribuir el calor de manera uniforme, aunque puede utilizarse cualquier pared adecuada y despejada. Mantenga la distancia necesaria respecto de muebles, cortinas y otros objetos.  <\/p><h4>Conexi\u00f3n mediante enchufe<\/h4><p>El cable de alimentaci\u00f3n suministrado mide aproximadamente 1,9 metros. Con\u00e9ctelo a una toma cercana o, si es necesario, utilice un cable alargador con toma de tierra y capacidad nominal adecuada. Para controlarlo mediante un termostato enchufable, conecte el calefactor al termostato y, despu\u00e9s, enchufe el termostato a la toma de pared. No corte, alargue ni modifique usted mismo el cable de alimentaci\u00f3n.   <\/p><h4>Conexi\u00f3n cableada<\/h4><p>Para una instalaci\u00f3n limpia y permanente, pida a un electricista cualificado que conecte el calefactor a un circuito el\u00e9ctrico cercano o a una caja de conexiones adecuados. Si utiliza un termostato alimentado por la red el\u00e9ctrica, el calefactor debe conectarse al termostato y este, a su vez, a la red el\u00e9ctrica. <\/p><h4>Ubicaci\u00f3n del termostato<\/h4><p>Siga la gu\u00eda de instalaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica suministrada con el termostato. Coloque el termostato en la misma habitaci\u00f3n que el calefactor, donde pueda medir con precisi\u00f3n la temperatura ambiente general.
