We offer a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us WhatsApp message, and we will send you the address to which the item should be returned.

Exempt Goods

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

• Gift cards.

• Custom-made products, for example, “Balnera S Custom.”

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing a part for reasons that were not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit or debit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please send us WhatsApp message.

Shipping

• We will send you the return address. Please send us WhatsApp message.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. We will cover the return and replacement shipping costs if a product arrives in poor condition.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
