Effortless Installation for Maximum Comfort

The Repulsus infrared mirror is designed for straightforward wall installation. Each mirror includes the required mounting hardware and a drilling template to help position the fixing points accurately.

Repulsus can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Because it is a substantial glass product, assistance from another person is recommended during lifting and mounting.

Quick and Simple Wall Mounting

Installation requires four holes to be drilled into a suitable wall. The supplied screws and wall plugs secure the mirror through its pre-fitted rear brackets. Once securely mounted, connect Repulsus to a suitable power socket and operate the LED backlight and infrared heating through the built-in touch sensor.

1. Mounting Position

Choose a suitable wall and select vertical or horizontal mounting.

Keep the panel at least 10 cm from nearby walls or objects and approximately 30 cm above the floor. Never install the Repulsus on a ceiling.

2. Mark, Drill the Holes

Attach the drilling template to the wall and mark the four mounting points.

Use ANHQ for the Repulsus 500W or AEHK for the Repulsus 350W, then drill each marked hole using a suitable 8 mm bit.

3. Install Wall the Fixings

Insert the supplied wall plugs fully into the four drilled holes.

Fit the screws securely, leaving each screw head approximately 5 mm from the wall so the mirror’s mounting brackets can attach safely and remain supported.

4. Hang the Panel

Align the pre-fitted brackets on the back of the mirror with the four screw heads.

Carefully place the mirror onto the screws and ensure that every mounting point is correctly engaged.

5. Secure the Mirror

Slide the mirror sideways until the screws move into the locked sections of the mounting brackets.

Check that the mirror is level, stable and securely attached before releasing it.

6. Connect the Power

Plug Repulsus into a grounded socket. Tap the sensor for the LED, or press and hold it for infrared heat.

Repulsus cannot be used with plug-in or hardwired thermostats.

Hardwired Installation

For a clean, cable-free finish, ask a qualified electrician to complete the electrical connection. Repulsus must not be connected through a plug-in or hardwired thermostat.

Remove the Protective Films

Remove all protective films before use:

Front: Lift the film using the small sticker in the top-right corner.
Back: Remove the blue protective film.

Wall Mounting Only

Repulsus can be mounted vertically or horizontally on a wall. Never install it on a ceiling.

Pre-Fitted Mounting Brackets

The mounting brackets are already attached. No pre-assembly is required; secure the mirror using the four supplied screws.

Recommended Mirror Position

Mount Repulsus at a practical mirror height, facing the area where infrared warmth is needed most.

Choose a central, unobstructed wall and maintain the required distance from furniture, curtains and other objects.

Plug-In Connection

Connect the supplied 1.9-metre cable directly to a suitable grounded socket. If necessary, use a properly rated, grounded extension lead.

Do not connect Repulsus through a plug-in thermostat or modify the power cable yourself.

Hardwired Connection

For a clean, permanent installation, ask a qualified electrician to connect Repulsus to a suitable electrical supply.

Repulsus must not be connected through a hardwired thermostat. Restoring power does not automatically activate the LED or heating element.

Touch-Sensor Control

Use the built-in touch sensor to operate Repulsus. Tap the sensor to control the LED backlight and press and hold it to control the infrared heating element.

After a power interruption, use the touch sensor to reactivate the required function.
